Laura was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and ready to tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. Even in my case where it took longer then I thought to get my home, she was there to make sure I got the house I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Before putting the house on the market Laura came over to give suggestions of things that needed to be done like removing wallpaper, painting, etc. I spent a minimal amount of money to get the house ready for sale. Her input was straightforward and spot on. Laura took photos of the property herself. Her pics were excellent! I thought she had used a professional. Laura is low-key and not pushy like some agents. She lays out the facts for you to make the decision. The house sold quickly - about 2 months from putting on the market to the closing date.
